Registration for Procrear II opens this Monday in Viedma and Patagones: look at the requirements

This Monday, January 1, a new registration opens to access 635 homes from 37 Urban Developments Procrear II, which are located in 17 provinces of the country. Among them are Viedma and Patagones.

Registration will be available on the website of the Ministry the form so that those interested in accessing a functional unit in the following properties can register:

White Bay, Patagonian Carmen, Ciudad Evita, Haedo, Ituzaingó, Lincoln, Merlo, Morón, San Antonio de Areco, San Martín, San Miguel and San Nicolás (Buenos Aires); Buenos Aires Station and Sáenz Station (Federal Capital); Puerto Madryn (Chubut); Liceo neighborhood, Cavanagh and San Francisco (Córdoba); Currents (Currents); Parana (Between Rivers); Jujuy (Jujuy); Maipú, Malargüe, Mendoza and San Rafael (Mendoza); Inns (Missions); Zapala (Neuquen); Viedma (Black River); Tartagal (Salta); Saint Louis (Saint Louis); Gallegos River (Santa Cruz); Station Changes, Rafaela, and Súnchales (Santa Fe); Santiago del Estero and La Banda (Santiago del Estero) and Río Grande (Tierra del Fuego).

As detailed “lhe Procrear II Urban Developments offer housing solutions that meet the needs of each territory, and allow Argentine families access to a mortgage loan for the purchase of new homes, in one of the housing complexes built by the National State. In addition, they have excellent access roads, proximity to educational, recreational and health centers, as well as a complete infrastructure of public services and green spaces.


The requirements to access Procrear II


-Not having benefited from housing plans in the last ten (10) years.

-Not having, both the owner and the co-owner, real estate registered in their name, neither as owners nor as co-owners, at the time of starting the registration process. With the exception of the cases detailed in the Bases and Conditions.

-Have a valid National Identity Document (DNI or Enrollment Book or Civic Book) of all the members of the application at the time of starting the process.

Being Argentines or foreigners with permanent residence in the country.

-Be between 18 and 64 years old at the time of completing the registration.

-Certify the marital status declared in the registration formexcept single marital status.

-Present Certificate of Disability if applicable.

-Demonstrate net monthly income of the cohabiting family group –both the applicant and their spouse or cohabiting partner– between 1 SMVyM and 10 SMVyM. The minimum income necessary to access a certain home may vary depending on the property and the type selected. According to the information declared in the form, it will be indicated whether or not there are available typologies.

-Demonstrate, at least, twelve (12) months of registered labor continuity.

-Do not register negative records in the Financial System during the last nine (9) months for lack of payment of obligations of all kinds; not be disabled by the BCRA or by Court Order; not record lawsuits according to a commercial background report in the last five (5) years; do not record liens; and not register petitions or declarations of insolvency or bankruptcy.

-The participants, at the time of completing the registration form, they may include only one co-owner. In the case of participants with married marital status, the spouse will automatically be considered co-owner.

The owner and the co-owner must be united by one of the links that are detailed below, which must be registered: Marriage; Convivial union; De facto union, provided that the domiciles declared by the owner and co-owner coincide.

-All notifications will be made to the declared email address by the participant in the registration form.
