SAN LUIS POTOSI, SLP. January 2, 2023.- The month of January begins and with it the period of endorsement of operating licenses and announcement, a process duly established in articles 21 and 32 of the chapter Endorsement of Licenses of the Regulations for the Exercise of Commercial Activities, Industrial and Services Provision of the municipality of SLP published in May 2006, complying with these requirements gives legal certainty to the business and protects the assets of merchants and businessmen.

The owners must present for their endorsement process: SARE application signed by the owner or legal representative, copy of the land use license, copy of the property tax payment receipt for the property where the business is located and according to the line of business, copy of current rulings issued by the municipal offices and external instances involved.

And in order to expedite the procedure, you must also submit: 2022 operating license in original format, latest endorsement payment receipts and business façade photograph.

The current opinions that will be requested for the process of endorsement of the operating license are: land use license, issued by the Directorate of Urban Development; internal opinion of civil protection and security measures issued by the municipal direction of Civil Protection, opinion issued the direction of Ecological Management and Waste Management and opinion of road feasibility issued by the Highway Police Department, an opinion on safety at risk and fire-fighting infrastructure issued by the Fire Department and finally the Technical Opinion visit issued in the inspection area of ​​the municipal Commerce Department.

It is worth mentioning that the intervention of intermediaries is not required, the procedure is personal and the commerce management team offers accompaniment so that the interested party achieves his objective.
